Hello! I’m Justin Boro, and I’m passionate about combining my expertise in marketing and hospitality to deliver exceptional results and experiences to you and your guests.

I bring extensive hands-on property management experience as an Airbnb Superhost in the vibrant Tucson, Arizona market. I’ve developed a deep understanding of effective rental management and Tucson's short term rental industry, from optimizing guest experiences to managing properties efficiently in order to increase your rental income and reduce the stress of managing your property.

In addition to my hosting experience, I hold an MBA from the University of Arizona, specializing in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and social impact. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in marketing and fundraising, honing my skills in building relationships and helping organizations large and small meet their goals.

I thrive in dynamic environments where creativity and strategic thinking come together, whether it’s managing a short-term rental, crafting impactful marketing campaigns, or building connections that make a difference.

When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the beauty that is Tucson. Whether that is exploring the majestic Sonoran desert or exploring Tucson's vibrant culinary scene.
